Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and PerformanceRecruit, mentor, and cultivate a team of SDRs, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development. Conduct weekly one-on-ones, call coaching sessions, role-plays, and deal/target account reviews. Establish clear expectations for activity quality, messaging, and meeting standards. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance. Pipeline and MeetingsAchieve team targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contributions. Ensure high meeting quality by targeting the right personas, identifying clear pain points, presenting relevant use cases, and facilitating effective handoffs to AEs. Enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel (prospecting → reply → meeting → qualified opportunity). Process and Operating CadenceMaintain a consistent operational cadence: daily standups, weekly performance reviews, quality assurance sessions, and cross-functional syncs. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and alignment with AEs (lead routing, follow-up timing, meeting acceptance criteria, and feedback loops). Ensure CRM accuracy and enforce uniform data standards. Enablement and MessagingDevelop and refine outbound strategies by vertical/use case (manufacturing, data centers, industrial processes, etc.). Collaborate with Marketing on inbound follow-up and campaign execution. Standardize best practices for effective communication: talk tracks, objection handling, email outreach, and LinkedIn strategies.

We are currently in search of a dynamic SDR Manager to lead and nurture an exceptional Sales Development team. In this role, you will oversee the daily SDR operations, providing coaching and contributing to the sales pipeline, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of activity quality, achieving meeting objectives, and ensuring close collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and the Marketing team. This position is fully remote, with minimal travel requirements.
