Your Role
Process Development: As our inaugural SDR manager, you will establish and refine processes, as we believe that exceptional managers also excel as SDRs.
Pipeline Creation: Your primary focus will be outbound efforts, scheduling meetings for our Account Executives without 1:1 pairing for the time being.
Prospecting: You will identify target accounts and compile outbound lists concentrating on companies with 150-1,000 employees.
Lead Qualification: Your role will not involve qualifying leads via calls or discovery sessions; instead, you will target companies that align with our ideal customer profile.
Meeting Booking: The method by which you book meetings is flexible; whether through LinkedIn, cold calling, or email, we seek a versatile individual capable of engaging across multiple channels.
Team Collaboration: You will liaise with the AE team for messaging and feedback while collaborating with our founder who oversees all go-to-market strategies.
Innovative Strategy Development: While basic playbooks and messaging exist, we encourage you to implement what you know works or create new strategies. The opportunities are vast: our Salesforce instance is pristine, companies seek change, and our customers love our services.
Who You Are
At least 1 year of experience as an SDR manager in the SaaS industry is required.
You have a proven track record of exceeding quotas; your goal isn't just to meet expectations but to excel.
You are adaptable and quick on your feet; while this may not directly influence meeting bookings, it is crucial for engaging prospects effectively.
