Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to outreach efforts. An intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and workflow software. A collaborative, coachable attitude with a strong desire to grow and improve rapidly.

We are seeking two dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities, create robust pipelines, and lay the groundwork for the next phase of our growth.

The Role

As an SDR, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, engaging in crucial conversations that drive deals forward. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals at an early stage in their sales careers who are eager to learn about enterprise sales while directly contributing to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Initiate introductory conversations with decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
  • Promote Gumloop’s value proposition and qualify leads for our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance outreach campaigns and sequences.
  • Conduct research and segment target accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline management and data accuracy in Salesforce.
