About the Role
We are on the lookout for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our SDR team at Pleo. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our sales pipeline and contribute to the growth of our expense management solution. Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and email outreach aimed at senior finance leaders.
- Qualify potential sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding customer requirements before handing them over to Account Executives.
- Utilize top-notch tools to implement creative and effective prospecting strategies.
- Foster team learning and collective success by sharing best practices and enabling others.
- Proactively seek out new ways to achieve results and go the extra mile.
Your Profile
You will excel in this role if you possess:
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales, finance, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- A driven and ambitious mindset with a clear focus on rapid growth in sales.
- Comfort in cold calling and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone to engage with senior leaders.
- Strong collaboration skills and a genuine desire to help your team succeed.
