Your Role
Your Mission
As our inaugural Sales Development Representative for the Nordic market, you will play a crucial role in driving Emidat's growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging new leads, serving as the initial point of contact for our customers, and establishing a sustainable revenue stream.
In this position, you will be the face and voice of Emidat to our customers. If you thrive in social settings and possess a knack for persuasion, empathy, and problem-solving, this role is ideal for you.
At Emidat, we believe that generating leads is just as vital, if not more so, than closing deals. A successful sales pipeline is essential for revenue generation. We are on the lookout for a proactive sales professional who is eager to connect with potential customers and embody the Emidat brand. Your clients will primarily be manufacturers, so a curiosity about material production and construction processes is essential. (We consider visiting steel, cement, and glass manufacturing plants as one of the most thrilling aspects of the job, next to seeing clients showcase their products during video calls!).
You'll receive guidance from experienced mentors like Mathias Salomon, who successfully established the revenue model at the renowned German unicorn Forto. You'll refine our revenue strategy through hypothesis testing and fine-tuning our ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and key tasks. This role offers a pathway to advance into a sales leadership position, allowing you to potentially double or triple your market value within 1-2 years.
