Your Role as a Sales Development Representative
In this pivotal role, you will actively engage with prospective clients and identify new business opportunities within our target accounts. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving Cognition's revenue growth and expansion.
Collaborating closely with our go-to-market team, you will help expedite the sales process and play a key role in shaping one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the industry.
We seek candidates who have a solid understanding of our innovative technologies (Windsurf & Devin), possess relevant sales experience, and demonstrate the determination and resilience necessary to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting thorough research and prospecting high-value leads within your assigned account list.
Navigating complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
Understanding customer business objectives and effectively engaging key stakeholders through cold outreach.
Fostering cross-functional collaborations to generate new business opportunities and advance them through the pipeline.
Achieving monthly targets for meetings and opportunities through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Providing timely and valuable insights to other corporate functions.
Qualifications We're Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within a tech-focused organization.
