As a Sales Development Representative at studytube, the role centers on sparking commercial opportunities and opening doors for the team and the wider organization. This position acts as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them to see the value in studytube’s solutions. Daily work involves engaging in meaningful conversations through social media, email, phone, and at events. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and other departments is key to sharing the company’s vision and ensuring leads are followed up, campaigns run smoothly, and new opportunities are uncovered. The focus stretches beyond selling, informing, inspiring, and supporting organizations throughout their learning and development journey is just as important.
Main responsibilities
- Combine outreach, social selling, and creativity to generate new business opportunities.
- Research target accounts and use a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Write tailored messages and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence, engaging with relevant content.
- Work closely with marketing to create content that resonates with prospects.
- Experiment with new outreach methods, such as videos and infographics.
- Test and refine techniques and tools to improve impact and results.
