Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and service leaders to design and execute sales strategies that align with the firm’s overarching objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and service teams on initiatives that enhance the sales pipeline, improve proposals, and enrich the prospect experience. Funnel Management: Oversee mid-market and enterprise new business prospects through the sales funnel from lead generation to closing, managing the entire process between internal and external teams. This includes conducting introductory and discovery calls, organizing internal pitch teams, running prep meetings, coordinating external pitch meetings, and tracking all activities in Salesforce. Proposal Creation Support: Assist internal service teams in developing strategic business partnership proposals across all lines of service.
