Role Overview:
As a Sales Enablement Manager at N2JSoft, you will be a vital part of our commercial team, reporting directly to the CRO. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales efficiency, impact, and performance by equipping our teams with the necessary tools, content, training, and processes to excel on a daily basis.
This key position intersects Sales, Marketing, and Product, directly influencing measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Enablement:
Design, implement, and oversee the enablement strategy aligned with Marketing and Sales objectives.
Create, structure, and maintain commercial documentation including sales pitches, presentations, case studies, battlecards, and scripts.
Implement, manage, and optimize sales support tools: CRM, CMS, LMS, sales intelligence, etc.
Training & Coaching:
Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the successful adoption of sales tools and strategies.
