The Sales Enablement Manager will join the sales department and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This position focuses on equipping the sales team with the tools, content, training, and processes needed to improve performance. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is central to this role, which directly supports company growth.
Main responsibilities
- Design and manage the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Sales objectives.
- Create, organize, and maintain sales materials such as pitches, presentations, case studies, battle cards, and scripts.
- Deploy and oversee sales support tools, including CRM, CMS, LMS, and sales intelligence platforms.
Training and coaching
- Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen sales skills and product expertise.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help sales teams use enablement tools effectively.
