In this pivotal role, you will support our sales team behind the scenes, ensuring they have the tools and resources to excel. Your responsibilities will include managing our CRM systems, generating insightful dashboards and reports, analyzing performance metrics, and streamlining sales workflows for maximum effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and work alongside our Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence throughout our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales technology stack, including CRM, sales automation tools, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, and forecasting.
- Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing team effectiveness.
- Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of new sales team members by creating playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment of the customer journey.
- Monitor CRM hygiene and uphold data integrity across the sales team.
- Assist in planning sales strategies, setting quotas, designing territories, and conducting performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements and recommend tools or automation solutions to boost efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales, providing insights and supporting key initiatives.
