Join our dynamic team at Bosch as a Sales Engineer for Boilers in Lima, Peru. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong results-driven approach to develop new business opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical sales of industrial and/or commercial boilers, preferably with a background in high-end brands such as Bosch.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heating systems, steam, hot water systems, and industrial processes involving boilers. Ability to provide technical advice and design tailored solutions for clients.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing), and maintain strong client relationships.
- Customer Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the capability to understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to work independently, plan and execute sales strategies, and achieve challenging targets.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capability to make effective technical and commercial presentations.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Peru to meet clients and attend industry fairs or events.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for Bosch boilers in the Peruvian market.
- Identifying and contacting potential clients (industries, hotels, hospitals, construction companies, etc.) across various sectors such as Fishing, Food, and Beverages.
- Conducting technical and commercial visits, presenting the solutions and benefits of Bosch boilers.
- Preparing detailed technical and economic proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
- Providing specialized technical advice to clients, sizing equipment, and optimizing solutions.
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Participating in fairs, events, and training sessions to promote Bosch products.
- Reporting sales progress and goal achievement to management.
- Staying updated on market trends, competition, and innovations.
