In this impactful role, you will collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs), acting as a trusted technical consultant to facilitate the successful integration of NETGEAR’s advanced security offerings.
As a pivotal figure in the pre-sales process, you will leverage your technical expertise to craft customer solutions and enhance product adoption. This position is remote, with occasional travel to customer sites, industry events, or team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on NETGEAR’s security product lineup throughout the sales cycle.
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to ascertain customer needs and create customized solutions utilizing NETGEAR’s security products.
· Conduct compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) sessions for potential customers.
· Assist MSPs and SMBs in the deployment and implementation of vital products such as Next-Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateways, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
· Cultivate and sustain robust technical relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
· Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights and market trends.
· Support channel partners with onboarding, training, and technical enablement.
· Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging threats, and competitive products.
· Engage in industry events, webinars, and other platforms to showcase NETGEAR’s security solutions.
