Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and present detailed technical demonstrations of our products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Assist Account Executives and Account Managers by performing technical demos that incorporate unique workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to strategize and deliver impactful presentations for enterprise-level deals.
- Engage in on-site demonstrations for enterprise clients, with travel requirements between 10-20%.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance the sales process and uncover additional customer needs.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings, as well as customer success discussions.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with prospects, utilizing your understanding of their business requirements to address their needs effectively.
- Contribute to daily standups with the development team and participate in quarterly strategic planning sessions.
- Gather and document competitive insights to inform product development.
- Communicate client and prospect feedback to the product team for enhancements.
- Organize and relay themes and trends identified by prospects throughout the sales cycle to the executive and product teams.
