A background in Customer Service, BPO, or Account Management roles is highly advantageous. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and managing complete sales cycles. Experience with CRM platforms is essential (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and achieving activity-based KPIs. Tech-savvy, organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented. Willingness to work during US time zones (PST, EST, CST). High school diploma or equivalent.

As a Sales Executive at berryvirtual, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct tailored consultative sales calls, virtual demonstrations, and service consultations to meet client needs.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and results within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality, follow up on campaigns, and ensure messaging alignment.
  • Research and personalize outreach efforts utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and relevant directories.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
