The Graduate Sales Program: An Accelerated Path to Sales Management
Our Graduate Program is a fast-tracked, two-step journey designed to mold exceptional talent into future team leaders. Over the course of two years, you will have the opportunity to advance through two key roles, supported by intensive coaching, dedicated mentorship, and clear objectives at each stage. You'll gain comprehensive insights into the sales profession, setting you up for a successful career.
A new cohort begins every six months (in July and January).
Your Journey
Step 1 — Sales Development Representative (SDR) (9 months or longer, based on performance)
You will start on the ground floor, focusing on mastering the fundamentals of sales while demonstrating your ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Handle a substantial volume of calls and appointment scheduling.
- Develop and refine your sales pitch through direct customer interactions.
- Learn to qualify prospects and establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage in one hour of continuous training weekly.
