Key Responsibilities:
Enhance relationships with existing healthcare data platform clients.
Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities within the UK healthcare sector.
Inspire internal and external teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
Collaborate with the UK Bid team to deliver timely proposals to clients.
Oversee and resolve any technical or contractual issues that may arise.
Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute effective prospecting strategies and campaigns targeting potential customers.
Utilize existing customers as reference points to attract new business.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Collaborate with InterSystems partner organizations to meet end-user needs.
Experience and Qualifications:
Outstanding listening, writing, and communication skills.
7+ years of experience in software solutions sales specifically targeting the UK National Health Service, with a solid understanding of data challenges, interoperability, and standards within the NHS.
Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives, showcasing proven sales success.
Flexibility for regular national travel is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative data platform products to both new and existing healthcare clients across the UK, including private sector organizations and the NHS. We are seeking a credible and results-driven Sales Manager who can forge long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers throughout the South East of England. Prior experience in selling Data Platforms, Regional/Trust Level Integration Engines, or AI-enabled solutions is a significant advantage.
