PERGOLUX is looking for a Danish-speaking Sales Manager to join the SCAN Team in Berlin. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth in Denmark, one of our core Nordic markets. The Sales Manager handles the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, and acts as a trusted advisor for customers interested in premium outdoor living solutions. What You Will Do
- Proactively contact qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
- Provide expert sales consultations by understanding customer needs and recommending the best PERGOLUX solutions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate data and reliable forecasting.
- Work closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to strengthen PERGOLUX’s long-term position in the market.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a sales role, or a strong motivation and ability to move into your first sales position.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Danish and strong English skills are required.
- Excellent communication, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers by phone.
- Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering a standout customer experience.
