We are currently searching for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Customer Value and Experience (CVE) team in Dallas. This pivotal role will focus on ensuring the integrity, progression, and visibility of our opportunity pipeline. You will manage governance, forecasting, and analytics processes that equip leadership with the insights needed for confident, data-driven decisions. In this position, you will have the chance to cultivate robust commercial operations expertise, executive communication skills, and operational leadership abilities.

Expectations:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will collaborate within a national team at our Dallas office, reinforcing the operational foundations that support Pariveda’s sustainable growth and resilient revenue portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the comprehensive opportunity pipeline process, ensuring CRM data integrity, governance, and compliance with established standards.

  • Overseeing and evaluating incoming opportunities, proactively resolving data discrepancies, identifying potential risks, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to uphold pipeline accuracy.

  • Leading regular pipeline and forecasting sessions, developing and maintaining models that reflect stage progression, conversion rates, deal velocity, and risk indicators.

  • Identifying stalled, at-risk, or high-impact opportunities and providing clear, actionable insights to leadership to enhance progression and forecast reliability.

  • Creating and maintaining executive-level dashboards and conducting in-depth analyses of win/loss trends, deal performance, and other critical metrics.
