Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will spearhead the development, management, and optimization of outbound sales channels and the overall sales technology stack, supporting pipeline growth and enhancing team performance. This role necessitates robust experience in B2B sales operations, reporting, and analytics, focusing on streamlining outreach channels and equipping the sales team with effective tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Channels & Tech Stack Management
Develop and optimize outbound sales channels such as email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Establish and sustain a streamlined sales technology stack to support both sales and marketing teams.
Research and manage platforms and data enrichment tools to ensure accurate and current lead data.
Sales Process Optimization & Execution
Design and refine sales processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across all outbound channels.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and execution utilizing existing tools and systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Leverage data analysis to pinpoint trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement within the sales process.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to bolster outbound strategies.
