Your primary success indicators will include:
Quality of hires: Achieve 6-month performance ratings that meet or greatly exceed expectations, with a retention rate of over 90% for new hires, ensuring hiring managers are eager to bring these talents back.
Pipeline efficiency: Boost the volume of high-quality candidates while reducing time-to-hire by 20%, and maintain an offer acceptance rate of 80% or higher.
Your Daily Responsibilities
You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for our expanding go-to-market organization. Your daily tasks will include:
Crafting strategic search plans and mapping the market for sales, channel, and customer-facing roles.
Actively sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, and innovative research methods.
Implementing a structured hiring process that supports confident decision-making.
Collaborating closely with Sales and Leadership teams, facilitating debriefs, and advising on compensation, leveling, and closing strategies.
Personalizing every aspect of the candidate experience to embody Meter's values and high standards.
Demonstrating persistence and thoroughness: following up, seeking warm introductions, or customizing messages to initiate meaningful conversations.
