Your role will be clearly defined: you will manage warm leads, conduct structured initial conversations, and assist our strategy consultants in preparing for appointments.

We will systematically guide you through the onboarding process – step by step. You will receive clear processes, checklists, and tools to assist you. While experience in sales is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
Your Responsibilities:
Phone support for warm leads following a fixed guideline
Conducting clear needs analysis in standardized initial conversations
Maintaining existing contacts, including documentation in CRM
Organizing and preparing for strategy consultations
Providing support at trade fairs, seminars, and events
