As a Sales & Service Consultant at A1 Garage Door, you will seamlessly blend consultative sales with essential mechanical skills. Engage with homeowners who are already in need of service, earn their trust, advocate for the best solutions, close the sale, and then carry out the repairs personally.
Don't worry if you lack garage door experience; we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary mechanical skills for success.
What Sets This Role Apart
Unlimited commission potential: First-year earnings typically range from $90K–$150K+.
Your earnings are performance-driven—top achievers regularly earn six figures.

Your Daily Responsibilities
This position prioritizes sales, but expect to get hands-on as well. Daily tasks will include:
Sales Duties
Attend scheduled service calls to meet homeowners.
Quickly build trust, clearly explain available options, and close repair or upgrade sales.
Repair Duties
Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
Lubricate and test equipment to ensure functionality.
