Collaborate with HR leadership to align on hiring needs, role specifications, and timelines. Work with the Marketing team to create engaging recruitment content for social media. Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to achieve hiring objectives. Conduct candidate screenings and arrange interviews with hiring managers. Guide candidates through the recruitment process to enhance their experience. Assist in offer preparation and coordination alongside HR and Sales leadership. Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementProactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent. Utilize recruiting platforms to track candidate progress and activity. Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation. Collaboration & Process SupportAlign closely with the HR team on recruitment priorities and processes. Partner with Sales leadership to gather interview feedback and make hiring decisions. Support the continuous improvement of sales recruitment practices. Ensure compliance with company standards in all recruitment activities.

Role overview
The Sales Talent Recruiter helps drive iT1’s growth by finding and engaging skilled sales professionals. This remote role centers on identifying strong passive candidates for sales positions, partnering with the Recruitment team to build and maintain talent pipelines, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience from first outreach through hiring.
