About the Role:
The Revenue Operations team is pivotal in driving financial success by enhancing the platforms, processes, and systems that support our go-to-market strategies. This team collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to establish scalable and efficient processes throughout the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is integral to achieving our company’s financial and operational objectives.
As a Salesforce Administrator at PitchBook, your role will be crucial in optimizing and sustaining our Salesforce ecosystem, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity across Sales and Customer Success functions. You will manage the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud to adapt to our organization’s evolving needs. This position demands a robust understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve user experiences and align with our business goals.
