Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Systems/Software Engineering roles.4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, with excellent communication skills to convey this information effectively to stakeholders. Experience in leading requirement discovery sessions and collaborative reviews with diverse audiences, including solution presentations and prototype demonstrations. Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing data integrity within Salesforce through effective design and security practices. Ability to conduct rapid analysis and decompose complex business information into technical components. Experience in business process modeling, user experience modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming. Capable of interpreting technical roadmaps and applying detailed solutions. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and user acceptance testing.

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in the seamless delivery and operation of our division's CRM capabilities. Collaborating closely with project management, development, and business intelligence teams, you will engage directly with internal stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of current business processes and future needs. Your expertise will support the implementation of solutions that enhance our CRM best practices.

In this hands-on position, you will identify pain points within existing processes and uncover gaps in best practices. You will create detailed supporting documentation such as business cases, process diagrams, wireframes, and context diagrams, derived from both individual requests and broader business objectives.

Your ability to synthesize complex technical and business information will be essential, as you present implementation needs confidently to both high-level management and technical teams. With direct experience in Salesforce.com functionality, you will serve as a knowledgeable liaison across development phases and support user functionality enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
