As a Salesforce Architect, you will engage in cross-functional, team-based projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
Your Role:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, establishing clear expectations and supporting informed decision-making.
Technical Expertise:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, encompassing custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Craft enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and relevant managed packages.
- Design and evaluate integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP platforms, financial systems, marketing tools, and document management systems.
- Define environment strategy and oversee release management and DevOps processes that adhere to enterprise standards.
Professional Growth:
- Develop and execute a tailored professional development plan aimed at mastering Salesforce architecture and exploring emerging platform capabilities.
- Contribute to thought leadership by establishing architectural standards, best practices, and reusable accelerators.
- Mentor fellow architects and developers through architecture reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Engage in technical pre-sales efforts, including solution design, estimations, and project scoping for potential clients.
- Gain exposure to diverse clients, business models, and industry verticals.
