Join Riveron as a Salesforce Solution Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Marketing and Sales Cloud solutions. In this position, you will design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that drive business success. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns will be critical in delivering enterprise-level solutions that are both scalable and secure.

Who You Are:

  • Over 7 years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Solution Architect.

  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Hands-on experience with integration middleware tools like MuleSoft and Boomi.

  • Strong understanding of Agent Force and custom actions.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and version control systems.

  • Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset.

  • Knowledge of AppExchange products including DocuSign, Conga, Icertis, and Demand Tools.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Active certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple cloud platforms.

  • Establish comprehensive Salesforce architecture for intricate business processes.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

  • Develop solution blueprints, data models, integration patterns, and system architecture diagrams.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

  • Conduct discovery sessions, gap analyses, and feasibility studies.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business objectives.

  • Align requirements with out-of-the-box features and determine customization needs.

  • Configure various Sales Cloud functionalities including Sales Management, Campaigns, Lead Conversion, and more.
