Role Overview

CI&T is hiring a Salesforce Developer in Brazil. This role involves building and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and newer technologies such as Data Cloud and Agentforce. Developers work in Agile squads, supporting client projects and contributing to CRM and automation initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and custom metadata types.
  • Build automation using Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.
  • Participate in code reviews, manage Salesforce Change Sets, and work with CI/CD tools like Copado and Gearset.
  • Apply Salesforce development best practices and security standards throughout your work.
  • Enhance Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows.
  • Support Service Cloud, focusing on case management and Omni-Channel Routing.
  • Customize Experience Cloud portals using Lightning components and tailored user experiences.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Deep experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Background in automation tools and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements.
