About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to create innovative solutions that align with our Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing operations. This hands-on position not only involves development but also allows you to shape the technical direction and governance of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Build and manage Marketing Cloud assets, including email templates, Journey Builder automations, and data extensions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Document technical configurations, development standards, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, release management, and platform governance.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align Salesforce solutions to business priorities and deliver measurable value across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and platform limits.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or ETL tools.
