About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, enhancing, and providing ongoing support for the firm’s Salesforce ecosystem. This platform is essential for client relationship management and professional services automation. This role, based in India, will support our global operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders and technology teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and India.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of hands-on Salesforce development expertise, platform knowledge, and collaborative problem-solving abilities. You will be engaged not only in solution design and configuration but also in requirements discussions, proposing scalable designs, and ensuring alignment with platform capabilities, security standards, and long-term growth objectives.
As Frazier & Deeter continues to expand its Salesforce and Certinia presence, your contributions will be vital in evolving the platform securely, scalably, and sustainably. While Salesforce will be your primary focus, we encourage engineers who are multi-disciplinary and eager to contribute to broader development, automation, and integration initiatives across the firm.
