Role Description
This full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur seeks an SFMC Developer. You will focus on designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, primarily enhancing the functionality and performance of marketing automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will assess their business needs and translate these into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, particularly for email-related journeys.
- Create custom scripts, triggers, and APIs to bolster the functionality and performance of marketing automation tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues associated with SFMC.
- Conduct testing and validation of SFMC solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and relevant technologies.
- Document SFMC solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ease maintenance.
