About the Role:
As the Salesforce Platform Solutions Architect, you will take charge of the health, governance, and strategic vision of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Your role will be pivotal as the connector between business and operations, ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and unified to support our growth, retention, and engagement initiatives.
You will report directly to the Associate Director of CRM.
Work Location:
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days each week. Thursdays will be mandatory in-office days for team meetings and events, while the remaining two days can be adjusted to fit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $149,040 to $195,615 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation policy, and annual performance bonuses.
