Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to design and optimize business processes while integrating across disparate systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, client-ready. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce/Customer 360 platform. At least 4 years of relevant technical development experience. Extensive experience with Apex VF Controllers and Apex Triggers development. A solid background in designing and developing large-scale internet or client-server systems or comprehensive exposure to the complete software product lifecycle. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, database design, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Significant prior experience in implementing technologies such as VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB. NET, C#, ASP, ASP. NET, XML, XSL, Web services, SOAP, SQL Server, and Oracle. Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL processes with Salesforce.

Oversee technical scope and manage client expectations effectively.

Technical Solutions and Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations.
Architect solutions that utilize Salesforce Public Sector capabilities, including case management, licensing & permitting, grants management, and digital services.
Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support for implementations using OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors/Data Mappers.
Design and review integrations with external systems frequently used in State and Local government such as financial systems, eligibility engines, document management, and identity providers.
Assist in release management, environment strategy, and DevOps processes in accordance with public sector change control requirements.

Develop a personalized professional development plan.
Exhibit technical thought leadership in Salesforce Public Sector architecture and emerging Salesforce innovations.
Contribute to the development of internal architecture standards, accelerators, and reusable assets tailored for government clients.
Gain exposure to diverse clients and industry verticals.
Mentor architects and developers, fostering growth through communities of practice, architecture reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Engage in technical pre-sales and provide scoping support for state and local government clients.
