Key Responsibilities:Lead and engage in the comprehensive lifecycle of Salesforce cloud-based enterprise software systems, including design, implementation, testing, and support in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. Oversee UI design, development, client-side programming, and the building and release infrastructure. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to identify and understand their business requirements and objectives. Customize and configure software solutions to align with client specifications and strategic goals. Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software functionality and best practices. Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions, aligned with client needs and objectives. Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues and opportunities for enhancement. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to offer strategic insights to clients. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:5+ years of software development and configuration experience in designing and building high-performance, reliable, and scalable production systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce engineer and administrator. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and implementation processes. Proficiency in client and server-side coding for web applications, with a preference for Apex or Java expertise. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering rapport and trust with clients. Adept problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle. Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
