We are looking for a candidate who possesses:A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Principal, or Architect, with a solid understanding of both functional configuration and technical development for large-scale Salesforce applications. Demonstrated success in enhancing efficiencies and outputs within large operational environments. Experience leading product-focused teams that provide continuous delivery and support for business-critical, external-facing applications. A comprehensive understanding of software development delivery principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models. Expert-level knowledge of sales, service, and marketing workflows and best practices. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, along with structured problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead Contractor, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver essential applications for public sector clients in New Zealand, focusing on the Salesforce platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customizing and defining delivery methodologies for large-scale Salesforce applications, ensuring quality outcomes and seamless production deployments.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions for technical and delivery enhancements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to delivery leads, functional work stream leads, and stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, and changes effectively.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for clients and teams, facilitating positive outcomes and change management.
  • Leading project and status meetings, offering leadership and guidance to both functional and technical teams, onshore and offshore.
  • Ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of incidents affecting critical production systems.
