As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Systems Group, which comprises seasoned professionals with over 10 years of experience. This position requires a blend of technical prowess and functional expertise in Salesforce, enabling you to transform business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements effectively.
- Convert business needs into comprehensive functional specifications and solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct process mapping, and perform gap analysis to propose optimal Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, ensuring thorough UAT planning and support.
- Offer strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to promote alignment and adoption of solutions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Define technical requirements and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
