Role Overview
Chabez Tech is in search of a skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Datasphere Support Analyst to deliver exceptional L1/L2 operational and production support in a highly regulated enterprise environment. This key role emphasizes incident management, platform stability, data refresh monitoring, user access support, and user enablement, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Operations
Deliver L1/L2 support for SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with data refresh, performance, access, models, and scheduling.
Continuously monitor jobs, data loads, integrations, and overall platform health.
Address connectivity challenges involving SAP and non-SAP data sources.
Access & Security
Facilitate user access, role management, and permissions.
Assist users with authentication and access-related queries.
Engage in access reviews and maintain compliance documentation.
Analytics & User Enablement
Support the development of SAC stories, dashboards, calculations, and data models.
Assist business users in fulfilling their analytics and reporting needs.
Ensure compliance with modeling, performance, and visualization best practices.
Documentation & Compliance
Thoroughly document incidents, resolutions, and operational activities.
Maintain comprehensive SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Uphold compliance with GxP / SOX standards.
