About the job
As an SAP GRC Trainer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training manuals tailored for both end-users and administrators. Your role will include creating engaging online training materials and facilitating training sessions that cover both the application and the updated processes. You will conduct training for groups of 5 to 20 participants, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Additionally, you will assess the training outcomes to evaluate the knowledge acquired by candidates and create training assessments as necessary. A key part of your role will also involve managing any resistance to change during the training process.
