Your Role
- Direct the SAP technical environment, ensuring system stability, security, and high performance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated cloud solutions.
- Supervise ABAP development, SAP Basis administration, and manage SAP Security & Authorizations.
- Collaborate intensively with business stakeholders and external partners to maintain scalable, secure, and business-aligned SAP platforms.
- Design, code, and execute unit tests, systems, integration, and acceptance tests alongside testing tools.
- Oversee external vendors, assess technical designs and deliverables, and serve as a point of escalation for complex technical and production challenges.
- Propel continuous improvement, automation, and the adoption of SAP best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA technical roles (ABAP, Basis, Security, or a combination thereof).
- Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring SAP technical teams.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts.
- Experience in supporting audits, compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
