As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students to realize their full potential by ensuring the delivery of top-notch services. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values passion, creativity, and teamwork to optimally support clients, caregivers, and educational teams. You will apply critical thinking skills to effectively assist each client and their support network, with direct guidance from a supervising BCBA. In this role, you will have the autonomy to tailor treatment recommendations, allowing you to customize services based on the latest research and best practices. As a BCBA at Project Play, you will lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing exceptional supervision and revolutionizing the ABA field.
