Join CCRES as a dedicated School-Based Behavior Analyst / BCBA and positively impact the lives of students in the Spring-Ford Area School District, in collaboration with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible BCBAs hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. The bonus is paid in two installments: $2,500 after the first pay period and $2,500 after 90 days of employment.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $75 to $79, depending on years of experience post-BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).
Position Details:
- Full-time school-based hours are available for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Roles are available across three elementary schools: Brooke Elementary, Evans Elementary, and Oaks Elementary.
- The Behavior Analyst will support both general and self-contained classrooms for elementary-aged students.
- Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create reports detailing findings.
- Design and implement positive behavioral support strategies using evidence-based practices.
- Evaluate students' instructional needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Continuously monitor student progress and adjust programming as necessary.
- Collaborate with staff to develop tools for tracking progress on behavioral objectives.
- Provide staff training on positive behavior support plans and instructional methodologies, ensuring adherence to fidelity.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in behavioral assessments and the development of positive behavior support plans.
- Strong background in data analysis.
- A collaborative mindset for teamwork.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Relevant experience after obtaining BCBA certification.
Credentials Required:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Proof of education—either a diploma or official transcripts.
- Professional liability insurance.
Note: Clearances must be current within 12 months, including:
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI clearance (Use code: 1KG6XN)
- TB screening—current within 3 months of hire.
