About Our School
We provide an Advanced Placement (AP) high school program that delivers a U. S.-style secondary curriculum, meticulously designed to equip students for overseas university applications. Our curriculum integrates American high school courses with AP options and English-medium instruction, fostering a college-preparatory pathway aimed at prestigious universities in the United States and other leading global study destinations.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging AP Science classes for 18–24 periods per week
- Fulfill 6–12 office hours weekly
- Maintain a total working schedule of about 30 hours per week
- Responsibilities include lesson planning, grading, attending weekly staff meetings, participating in student clubs, and engaging in international department and school events
- Teaching schedule typically spans Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 12:05 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:55 PM, with Fridays from 7:20 AM to 10:30 AM
- Achieve proficiency in AP Classroom and FACTS, our student management system
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a science-related field is mandatory. Candidates without a degree in their teaching subject must hold a valid teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience teaching AP Physics, AP Chemistry, or AP Biology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 32,500 RMB, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
