In your role as Scrum Master, you will facilitate uninterrupted progress for our teams, removing obstacles that hinder advancement and coaching them to improve output. You will measure team performance and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance results. Your excellent organizational skills will help you apply Scrum principles effectively across our projects. While Scrum is our guiding framework, we adopt a pragmatic approach by assessing what elements work best for each project. Additionally, you will ensure alignment between the team and our clients.
We serve a diverse range of clients, including Vertom, a.s.r., and various government entities where we manage projects for Justice and Safety. In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders, including the executing team, project managers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
