Join Devoteam as a Scrum Master within our Retail & Ecommerce division, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding Scrum teams to achieve their highest potential.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring strict adherence to Agile principles while enhancing team productivity.
- Identify and eliminate impediments that obstruct team progress, collaborating closely with stakeholders across retail and ecommerce functions.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Analyze performance metrics and sprint data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Work in partnership with product owners and business stakeholders to establish clear communication, realistic sprint goals, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage conflicts within teams and address issues between teams and stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Keep Agile project management tools up to date, ensuring precise tracking of work items, burndown charts, and release planning.
- Champion organizational change initiatives by cultivating an Agile culture and best practices throughout the retail and ecommerce sectors.
- Conduct retrospectives and implement actionable improvements based on team feedback and performance data.
- Report on team velocity, sprint outcomes, and key performance indicators to leadership and stakeholders.
