The Opportunity

As CloudTalk expands strategically in Tier 1 markets, we are building a high-impact Inbound SDR team in Toronto. In the role of SDR Team Lead, you will oversee the daily performance of our inbound SDR team, guiding representatives, setting qualification standards, and collaborating closely with Account Executives for seamless pipeline transitions.

This position is a player-coach role, where you will maintain a reduced individual SQO quota while managing team responsibilities, keeping you engaged in the processes you lead. As our Toronto team grows, this role presents a clear pathway to a full Sales Management position.
