As the Group Account Director, you will be the catalyst for our success. You will lead initiatives internally while fostering strong relationships with clients externally, acting as the crucial link between innovative concepts and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from inception to completion
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring high client retention rates
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Transform brand requirements into actionable strategic briefs
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders
- Represent the agency in meetings and pitch sessions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution
- Establish systems and processes to support the scaling of the company
