About the Role:
As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our primary revenue stream by engaging with our SMB customer base. We seek passionate sales professionals who are competitive, driven, and possess exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate is one who embraces coaching and is relentless in achieving their sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify and prospect new business opportunities, navigating a full-cycle sales process.
- Demonstrate Motive's software to potential fleet managers and drivers.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and align their needs with Motive's solutions.
- Educate fleet managers and drivers on Motive's offerings, assisting them in onboarding.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
- Strategically plan to exceed your business goals and sales quotas.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our technology platform and operations to enhance our business strategy.
