Your focus will be on cultivating and maintaining deep, long-lasting relationships, establishing partnerships at the head-office level, and championing the widespread adoption of Timescapes solutions. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, you will ensure the success of individual projects while working towards expanding our footprint and revenue within these accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for designated key accounts, achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) retention and expansion goals. Identify and engage key stakeholders at the head-office level to foster relationships across all relevant departments.Partnership Development: Serve as a trusted advisor to our Tier 1 customers, guiding them toward adopting or renewing partnership agreements with Timescapes. You will be the main point of contact for decision-makers, including C-suite executives and project leaders, advocating for company-wide adoption of our solutions.Collaboration: Act as the central hub for your strategic accounts, coordinating with internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive significant revenue growth.Industry Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of the construction sector and technology to engage in meaningful discussions with Digital/Innovation teams and senior leadership, positioning yourself as a thought leader.Revenue Forecasting: Accurately project revenue growth and pipeline activity for assigned accounts, consistently striving to meet and exceed revenue targets.
