About the Role Kestra is building momentum as an open-source orchestration platform, but our voice in core developer communities is still small. Developers talk about their tools on Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, LinkedIn, and Stack Overflow. Kestra wants to join those conversations in a real way. This role calls for someone who already lives and breathes developer communities. No need to be convinced to participate, you’re already there. The goal: make Kestra a respected, trusted contributor in the places where developers talk about orchestration, data engineering, and automation. This is a Developer Relations position, not a marketing or sales job. The focus is on being helpful, credible, and present, delivering value to the communities we join. What You Will Do Connect in Developer Spaces Take part in discussions on platforms like Hacker News, Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Medium, Discord, Stack Overflow, and GitHub, especially around workflow orchestration, data engineering, infrastructure automation, and open-source tools. Respond to questions, share knowledge, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing conversations as a core part of the job. Spot the communities and topics where Kestra can have the most influence, and build a genuine presence over time. Create Useful Content Work with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Product teams to surface use cases, comparisons, and educational content in the right communities at the right moments. Share insights in subreddits, Hacker News threads, LinkedIn posts, and Medium articles as a knowledgeable participant, not just a promoter. Use AI tools to craft quality content quickly, while keeping technical depth and accuracy intact. Bring Community Insights to the Product Share feedback, common questions, and pain points from the community with product and engineering teams. Help internal engineers and developer advocates find the best platforms to showcase their work when it makes sense. Build connections with technical content creators, YouTubers, bloggers, newsletter writers, who cover orchestration and data topics. Location: Europe
